Transfer window dates: When does the summer transfer window open?

football

The summer transfer window is certain to see more big-name deals when it opens, with the likes of Manchester City looking to recruit more stars ahead of the new Premier League season.

At Chelsea, manager Maurizio Sarri will be unable to sign any new players, as the club is banned from bringing in players until January 2020.

Tottenham could be targeting a very different summer after making no signings in the build-up to the 2018/19 season, while Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester United and the rest of the Premier League squads are likely to be strengthened by the start of August.
